Occasionally there may be an issue that appears to be unresolved, yet our support team is seeing the correct version on their end. This is usually a result of your browser storing a cached version of your site. Since you visit it your site frequently, your browser caches data to provide you with faster page load times.
Incognito Window Test
To test to see if your browser is cached, you can pull up your site in a Google Chrome "Incognito Window" which won't use cached website data.
If you pull up your site in an incognito window and the issue you were experiencing appears to be resolved, the issue has already been fixed. You can then clear your browser's cache to make sure that you are seeing the most current version of your site.
You can quickly test your site in an incognito window from the Design App by going to your Site Settings and Right Clicking on your Publish URL. Then choose to "Open Link in Incognito Window"
You can also access a new incognito window from your browser. As shown in the image below, you can access an incognito window by clicking the three dots in the upper left corner of Google Chrome, and selecting the "New Incognito Window" option.
