Learn how to upload and organize your media files in Showit!

Your media library is where you'll store all of your custom design assets including images, icons, videos, custom fonts, and PDFs. The video below will teach you how to upload and organize your content.

List of File Formats Appropriate for Each File Type


  • Photos – JPG, GIF or PNG

  • Logos or Icons – PNG or SVG (vector)

  • Videos – MP4 with h.264 compression

  • Custom Fonts – WOFF format

Issues With Media Not Uploading


If you are experiencing issues with uploading media to your media library, check to see if you have the most recent version of Google Chrome.
