“Email Whitelisting” is a term used to describe the act of allowing an email to reach your inbox. This can be helpful if you want to make sure that the emails that come from your contact form don't get blocked.

Showit uses two primary emails for delivering messages and we encourage you to whitelist team@showit.co and noreply@showit.co so they don’t go to your Spam folder. Whitelisting is typically accomplished by adding the sender to your contact list in whatever email client you are using but there are a few occasional exceptions. The following list shows the top 7 email clients and how to whitelist.

  • On the next screen, tap Create New Contact.

  • Tap the sender’s name in the From line.

  • Open the email.

  • Tap Done.

  • Click and drag the email into the Primary tab.

Apple Mail

  • Right-click on the sender’s email address.
