You can create folders to organize your Site Designs in Showit. Create as many designs as you like and add them to folders to help keep track of your work.
Create a Site Design Folder
To create a Site Design Folder, click on your name in the bottom left corner of the Design App to pull up your User Settings. From there, select the option that says View My Site Designs.
Here you'll see a list of all of the designs that you've worked on. Select one or multiple designs and you'll see the option to move them to a new folder. Select this drop down, then choose to + Add New folder.
Once you have a folder created, you'll see a new drop folder drop down in the top left of this screen. In this drop down you'll see a few options.
All Site Designs:
Here you will see all of your site designs, regardless of what folder they have been placed in.
Custom Folders:
Below All Site Designs you will see the custom folders that you've created. In these folders you will only see the designs that you have placed there. You can rename or delete these by clicking on the three dots to the right of the folder name.
Uncategorized:
Uncategorized will show you all designs that have not been placed into a folder.
+ Add New Folder:
Here you can create and name a new Site Design Folder.
Moving Site Designs
If you would like to move a site design from one folder to another, you can do so by selecting the design, then choosing to the drop down. Choose a different folder, then click save.
Deleting a Folder
To delete a folder, find it in the drop dow in the top left of the My Site Designs screen. Click on the three dots to the right of the folder name, then choose to Delete. This will require you to choose a destination for the site designs. If you have another folder, you can move them there. Otherwise moving them to Uncategorized will remove them from your folder and allow you to delete it.
