A Vanity URL is used to provide a unique Showit URL for testing purposes. Every design in Showit is automatically assigned a Vanity URL in the format ______.showit.site for use in testing your site, before it's assigned a custom domain.
Customize Your Vanity URL
A Vanity URL can be customized to a unique URL not already used by someone in our system.
In the Design App, select the Site Settings under the left side Site Panel.dd
Next to the Vanity URL Slug setting, click on the blue EDIT text
Type a unique name for your Vanity URL. If this Vanity URL is already in use, you'll have to choose an alternative.
