You can follow the steps below to create a FAQ section from scratch! Feel free to add your own customization and brand style to make it unique to your site!

Create a Question Canvas

To create a FAQ page, you will first need to make a canvas that has a canvas view and name it FAQ 1.

In that canvas you will write your first question and then add an icon indicating that you can open it to see the answer (I used a down arrow). Then drag the arrow icon into the Canvas View.

Here's how to add the icon to a canvas view:

Now you can duplicate that first canvas view to create a second identical canvas view. The only thing you will need to change in the second canvas view is the arrow icon. I pointed the arrow icon up to indicate that the canvas can be closed.

Create an Answer Canvas

Now create a new canvas and name it Answer 1. This canvas will contain the answer to your first question.

Make sure to set this canvas as Hidden to Start so that you can't see it right away.

Set Click Actions

Now you will need to set click actions on your question canvas, so that you can open and close your FAQ.

The First Canvas View

In your FAQ 1 canvas, under the First Canvas View, click on the Down arrow icon and add this click action (don't forget to add the "Show" action at the bottom):

The Second Canvas View

For the Second Canvas View in your FAQ canvas, click on the Up arrow icon and set the click action this way (don't forget to add the "Hide" action at the bottom):

You should now have a working FAQ section:

Add More FAQs

You can easily add more FAQs by duplicating these canvases, then changing the question and answer for each one.

Just make sure to check the click action in both the first and second canvas views for your new question canvases to make sure they are Showing and Hiding the correct answer canvases.
